    How to use

Everything you enter is processed only in this browser.

    1. 01

Choose the first day of your last period

    2. 02

Enter your average cycle and period length

    3. 03

See your expected periods, fertile window and ovulation on the calendar

How it works and good to know

Next period = first day of last period + average cycle; expected ovulation = next period − 14 days; the fertile window runs from 5 days before ovulation to the day after (14-day luteal phase method). If you choose shortest and longest cycle, the rhythm method (Ogino-Knaus) counts days (shortest − 18) to (longest − 11) of the cycle as fertile. Cycles of 21–45 days and periods of 2–10 days are accepted, and 3 or 6 cycles are shown. Actual ovulation can vary from cycle to cycle, so this can’t be used as contraception and doesn’t replace a diagnosis. Dates are calculated only in this browser and not saved, and the calendar file (.ics) is created only when you press the button.

    My cycle

Everything is calculated in this browser and nothing is saved.

    Method

    21–45 days, usually 28

    2–10 days

14-day luteal phase method: ovulation is expected 14 days before the next period, and the fertile window runs from 5 days before to the day after. Results may differ by 1–2 days from rhythm-method calculators because the method differs.

    How many cycles to show
Choose the first day of your last period

Marks ovulation 14 days before the end of your average cycle and the fertile window from 5 days before to the day after, on a calendar.

Calendar calculations are estimates based on averages and can be off from actual ovulation by several days. Do not use this as birth control, and it does not replace a diagnosis. If your cycle is irregular or you are planning a pregnancy, also use ovulation tests or see a gynecologist. If you are pregnant, check your due date with the pregnancy week calculator.
