How to use Printable Calendar & Planner

What it’s good for
If the weekday shifts by one day, the whole sheet is useless
If date math is left to the browser's time zone, opening the page in a different time zone can shift everything by a day. So this tool uses only integer arithmetic that does not depend on time zones. To avoid taking that on faith, we checked 73,414 days from 1900 to 2100 one by one against the browser's calendar and confirmed that every one matched.
2027 Korean public holidays exactly as officially announced
The 2027 calendar marks the Lunar New Year holiday on February 6-8 with the substitute holiday on February 9, the substitute for Labor Day on May 3, Buddha's Birthday on May 13, the substitute for Constitution Day on July 19, the substitute for Liberation Day on August 16, the Chuseok holiday on September 14-16, the substitute for National Foundation Day on October 4, the substitute for Hangul Day on October 11, and the substitute for Christmas on December 27. These were checked against the Korea AeroSpace Administration's calendar guide and the Korean regulation on public holidays for government offices. Labor Day (May 1) and Constitution Day (July 17), which became public holidays in Korea starting in 2026, are included as well.
Lunar holidays are not added for years we haven't verified
Lunar New Year, Chuseok, and Buddha's Birthday follow the lunar calendar, so their dates change every year, and Korea's substitute holiday rules have changed several times. For years other than 2026 and 2027, which we confirmed from official announcements, we do not guess; we mark only the Korean public holidays with fixed dates. We decided that no marking is better than a wrong one, and the screen says so.
Weekly study planner and timetable
If you pick Weekly study planner under What to make, you get a sheet that fits 7 days starting from the first day you choose on one page. It has spaces for today's goal, five to-do lines, study time, and a one-line review. For the timetable, you can set periods 1-10 and whether to include Saturday. Tap a cell to type directly, or print it blank and write by hand.
Make only as much as you need
You choose the starting year and month yourself, so you can also make an academic calendar that starts in March or a fiscal-year calendar. It handles up to 24 months at once, and you can choose whether the week starts on Sunday or Monday. Tap a date to attach a note; when you print, the settings panel is left out and only the calendar comes out.

When the result isn’t what you expected
Lunar New Year and Chuseok don't show in some years
Except for 2026 and 2027, we don't guess lunar holidays and substitute holidays. Tap those dates and write them in as notes yourself.
My notes disappeared after refreshing
Notes exist only on this screen and are not saved. Close the window after you finish printing or saving as PDF.
Too many months appear small on one page
Change "Print layout" to "One large month per page." Each month is printed large on its own page.
Temporary holidays are missing
Temporary holidays are only set once announced, so they are not included. Check the announcement and add them as notes.
Key terms
- Substitute holiday
- A different day off when a public holiday falls on a weekend or overlaps with another holiday. Shown only for verified years.
- Fixed holiday
- A public holiday with the same date every year, such as New Year's Day and Independence Movement Day (March 1). Shown for every year.
- Print layout
- A setting that decides whether to fit several months on one page or one month large.
Printable Calendar & Planner FAQ
Why are Lunar New Year and Chuseok not marked in some years?
For 2026 and 2027, which we confirmed from official announcements, Lunar New Year, Chuseok, and substitute holidays are all marked. For other years, guessing without a lunar conversion could print wrong dates, so we left them out. Please add a note on those dates yourself.
How do I print it?
Use your browser's print function: Ctrl+P on Windows, Cmd+P on a Mac. The settings panel on the left is not printed, only the calendar.
Are my notes saved?
They are kept only on this screen. They disappear when you refresh, so close the page after you finish printing. Notes are not sent to a server.
Can I make a calendar that starts on Monday?
Yes. Change "Week starts on" to Monday and every month starts on Monday.
Can I tell holidays apart on a black-and-white printer?
If you choose Black & white for the color, the design switches to one that saves ink. Holiday names are also written as text in the date cell, so they can be told apart without color.
