A quote summarizes costs that are still to come, and a transaction statement summarizes a deal that has already taken place. In the supplier and recipient sections, only the company name is treated as required; if you leave the business registration number, contact and address empty, they stay blank on the document too.
Enter the item name, quantity and unit price and the line amount appears at once. The description line is optional, and if you add it, it appears in small text under the item name. Use the add item button to add rows and the trash icon to remove them.
Choose tax excluded, tax included or no tax to match your deal terms, and enter the tax rate yourself. If you choose tax included, the total stays the same and is split into the supply amount and the tax.
The paper preview on the right has the same layout as the PDF you will save. On a narrow screen, switch between editing and preview with the toggle at the top. After you press the button to make the PDF, press save and the file is downloaded.
Enter the supplier and recipient, the issue date and document number, then add items line by line. The paper preview on the right changes with the same layout as the PDF you will save, so you can check how it looks before sending. If you switch the document type to transaction statement (invoice), only the title changes and what you wrote stays. Downloading does not ask you to sign up or enter an email address.
With tax excluded, the tax is added to the total of the item amounts to get the grand total. With tax included, the item amounts are treated as already containing tax, so the total stays the same and is split into the supply amount and the tax. You set the tax rate yourself, and you can also choose no tax. Each line amount is quantity x unit price rounded to the whole currency unit (KRW) and then added up, so the total equals the sum of the line amounts shown on screen.

|---|---|---|
| Tax excluded | Item total + tax | When you negotiated the unit price without tax |
| Tax included | Item total as it is | When the amount you told the customer already includes tax |
| No tax | Item total as it is | Deals where no tax is written |
The embedded Korean font contains common Korean syllables plus Latin letters, digits and punctuation. Chinese characters and rare characters cannot be drawn, so you are told which character it is before saving. Remove that character or rephrase and it will save. This notice is there so nothing is dropped silently.
A name that goes beyond the item column of the table is cut with an ellipsis so it does not spill out of the cell and cover other values. Put long descriptions on the description line instead of in the item name.
Each line amount is rounded to the whole currency unit first and then added up. The total is set so that it equals the sum of the line amounts shown on screen, and if you use unit prices with decimals the last digit can differ.
Input is not saved, so refreshing returns the page to its starting state. Do not close the window while writing, and save as a PDF first if you need to.
You can add up to 100 items, and if they do not fit on one page the document is split across pages. Each page repeats the table header and shows a page number, and no row is cut across two pages. The total appears only once, on the last page.
Yes. The screen is not baked into an image; text is drawn with an embedded Korean font, so when you reopen the PDF you can select and search the text. If there is a rare character or a Chinese character that the font does not contain, you are told which one before saving.
No. This tool only creates a document and saves it as a PDF; it does not issue an electronic tax invoice with the Korean National Tax Service. If you need legal proof, follow the official issuing procedure. It also does not send the document for you.
Yes. Choose a stamp you saved in the signature maker or upload a PNG with a transparent background, and it is placed over the seal mark after the supplier name and saved to the PDF. You cannot add a logo yet.
Press the Excel save button and the same content is downloaded as an xlsx file. Quantity, unit price and amount are number cells, and the amount cells contain a formula that rounds quantity x unit price to the whole currency unit, so they recalculate when you edit them in Excel.
No. It only saves the PDF file to your device and does not automatically send it to any address.
No. Entering data and building the PDF both happen inside this browser, and nothing is stored.
